Boot Camp

Way of Life Boot Camps are 4-6 week group fitness programmes run by our Personal Trainers.

Whether your goals are fitness, body or mind related - the Way of Life Boot Camps will help with it all!  We do weekly weigh-ins and regular fitness tests so YOU get to see the progress from the effort YOU put in.

2017 Boot Camp #3 - November-thon

2017 Boot Camp #3 November-thon is starting soon!  There is a prep + weigh in class on Tuesday 31 October, with the boot camp starting Thursday 2 November and running for the month.  This is a four-week, high-intensity programme with two trainers.
