Boot Camp

Way of Life Boot Camps are 5 week group fitness programmes run by our Personal Trainers.

Whether your goals are fitness, body or mind related - the Way of Life Boot Camps will help with it all!  We do weekly weigh-ins and regular fitness tests so YOU get to see the progress from the effort YOU put in.

2018 Boot Camp #1 Get YOUR March On starts 6 March and running for 5 weeks.

  • 1 1/2 hour sessions, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00pm
  • One off fee of $25 for gym members, $50 for non-members
  • Suitable for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels
