Boot Camp

Way of Life Boot Camps are 6-week group fitness programmes run by our Personal Trainers.

Whether your goals are fitness, body or mind related - the Way of Life Boot Camps will help with it all!  We do weekly weigh-ins and regular fitness tests so YOU get to see the progress from the effort YOU put in.

2019 Boot Camp #1 - DRIVE!

2010 Boot Camp #1 DRIVE starts 11 March and runs for 6 weeks.

  • 1 1/2 hour sessions, Monday & Wednesdays from 6:00pm
  • One off fee of $15 for gym members, $25 for non-members
  • Suitable for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels (any injuries - enquire first)
