WEIGHT MACHINES

The gym has separate fixed and free weight areas.

The cardio equipment is located out the back of the gym for privacy.

The training rooms include a fitness class space for hire and boxing area.

This area is equipped with everything needed for a crossfit workout.

All members get set up with a FREE fitness programme when they join, and can schedule a health assessment or book personal training sessions.
