Whether it's training sessions on nutrition, building muscle, burning fat or talking through a programme you already have, the team is qualified to provide you with whatever it is you're looking for or need. They're highly motivated and passionate about getting results and giving out effective advice that gets you further.

Single Person Session Costs:

  • From $25 for a 30 minute session
  • From $35 for a 45 minute session
  • If you are a non member we add a $10 drop in fee on top of this price

Groups of 2+ Session Cost:

  • From $50 for a 2 people 45 minute session
  • We add $10 for every extra person you bring to this session
