We have two weights areas within the gym. The free weights area is a place with Olympic bars and plates up to 25kgs. There are two Smith machines, two squat racks, benches and a few other machines to help out in the muscle building development. The floor is padded and there is a lot of space to use for dead lifts etc.
This area is located in the back of the gym with the cardio equipment. Seated Row, Chest Press machines, Leg extensions and much more fill up the back half of the gym and have weights as a part of the machine.
Both areas have fans and televisions to keep your mind preoccupied.
